Terms of service

Last updated 24 August 2026 · Manifest is in private beta.

The service

Manifest extracts structured data from freight documents, verifies what it can, and exports the result. During the beta the service is provided free of charge, as-is, and may change or be interrupted without notice.

Your account and your content

  • You must have the right to upload the documents you process. They remain yours; we claim no ownership.
  • You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it. Manifest flags what it is unsure of and proves what it can, but you remain responsible for what reaches your TMS, your customs filings and your invoices.
  • Free upload allowances (trial and beta) are per company; creating multiple accounts to extend them isn't allowed.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempting to breach other users' data, no reselling the service, no automated bulk abuse of free allowances.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including losses arising from acting on extracted or verified data without review. During the free beta, total liability is limited to €0; once paid plans begin, it is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
