Who we are
Manifest is a freight document-processing tool operated by its founder, Favour Eledu.

What we collect
- Account data — your email address (via Google sign-in or an email sign-in link) and your plan status.
- The documents you upload — the original files (bills of lading, waybills and similar) and the structured data extracted from them. Freight documents may contain names and addresses of shippers, consignees and carriers; you are responsible for having the right to upload them.
- Your corrections and settings — edits you make, per-carrier rules learned from them, and your rate settings.
- Basic usage numbers — how many documents you have processed, for trial and plan limits.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Local storage is used only for your session and theme preference.
How your documents are processed
- Files are stored in a private bucket on Supabase (our database and storage provider) and are only accessible to your account.
- To extract the data, the document is sent to Anthropic's API (the AI model that reads it). Anthropic's API does not train on this data by default.
- Payments, when they begin, are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
Those three are the only processors involved. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your documents and data stay until you delete them, or until you delete your account. Deleting a document removes its stored scan and extracted data immediately.
Your rights
You can export all your extracted data at any time (JSON export in the app). You can delete individual documents in the app.
You can delete your entire account — documents, scans, learned rules and profile — with the button below, or by emailing us; under the GDPR you also have the right to access, rectify and port your data.

Changes
